Applications

1) Baking & topping  

Use directly in cakes and desserts, or as a coating for ice cream and bakery products.  

2) To make coconut milk  

Soak desiccated coconut in warm water (30–40°C) for 3 minutes until it swells. Stir, then press/squeeze to extract coconut milk. Adjust water to your desired richness: typically 250–400ml water per 200g desiccated coconut.
