Food is seasonal for a reason
Through my own journey of living closer to nature, I’ve realized something important:
Our bodies and nature are already in sync, the question is whether we are still listening.
And nature responds perfectly:
Watermelon, cucumber, tomatoes, fresh herbs, leafy greens, berries, courgettes…
→ Water-rich, refreshing, cooling, helping us stay nourished under the sun.

And again, nature provides exactly what we need:
Root vegetables, pumpkins, cabbages, garlic, onions, leeks…
→ Rich in fiber, prebiotics, slow-burning carbs, supporting warmth and immunity from within.
It aligns with how we evolved:
physically, energetically, and environmentally.
By eating with the seasons, we also:
Modern food culture makes it seem like everything should be available all year.
But just because we can eat strawberries in winter
doesn’t mean our bodies are asking for them.
When we eat seasonally, we reconnect:
